Being my birthday week, I took time away from work to paint and travel. Today Missy and I made it north to Clarksdale. Clarksdale is my favorite Delta town to walk around the downtown. I have gotten to know many of the shop owners. We had an excellent vegan pizza at Stone Pony. Purchased a Robert Belford and Lightnin’ Hopkins album at Cat Head. And checked out a new merchant, Collective Seed.
Clarksdale just has such a great arts feel. Make it a stop if you are driving near.
